I am married and the mother to three boys, 31 and 29 years old, and a stepson who's 21. My husband and I live in the redwoods of Humboldt Country in northern California. We're both teachers and commit our lives to education. I have taught 7th & 8th grade Language Arts for 10 years and 5th/6th grade for 2 years as well as computer literacy and webpage design. I enjoy people, but also enjoy solitude and reflection. I've been told that I'm a good listener and have the ability to get people to emote. Although many don't know this, I'm a Christian (with an open mind) and do my best to live by the book without shoving my beliefs down anyone elses throats. I've always felt a strong spiritual awareness in my life from an early age and have been attracted to those with strong spiritual presence (whether they know it or not). I look for depth, creativity and humor in people as that's what I connect with!
